Our company was originally created as a result of our personal experience: while being aware of the growing popularity of the Apple Macintosh market we were not able to find affordable support or training that we specifically needed. We started to provide that kind of specialized support, training and Mac service in the SoCal area back in 1997 when you would be hard pressed to find someone proficient with anything Mac. We were sought after to teach at a number of colleges in the SoCal area as well as a Senior Center. The Apple® Seminars we conducted on behalf of Apple®, Inc were on numerous programs and techniques such as Quicktime, a number of Pro Apps, iMovie, etc. We also produced the Southern California MacFair from 2002-2006
Now in most markets it is not difficult to find an Apple store or consultant within a 15 mile radius. If you want to learn, we want to teach. The more empowered with knowledge you are, the more equipped you will become in addressing a situation should it arise again. As a result, you will be more confident if you want to fix a problem on your own. We believe our patience is critical to your support experience. We pride ourselves on being able to explain difficult or confusing computer issues to people who don’t have a technical background. It’s okay if you don’t always understand your computer, but sometimes it's helpful to know what causes the problem and what steps are/were required to resolve it. We will let you know what we did and how we did it, in easy-to-understand language that helps you feel more confident about your Mac. We actually enjoy helping our clients to get the most from their Mac. There’s nothing like seeing a person’s eyes light up when they say, "I didn't know I could do that!"
However, if you don't want to learn and just want the job done, we'll do that too. No matter which direction you want to go, we'll accomplish the task in the most effective and efficient way possible.
There are some people who choose to solve problems by using a hard-to-follow manual or by spending hours researching Google or YouTube.
